Basketball Victoria

Scope

Scope is a not-for-profit organisation providing disability services throughout Victoria to thousands of children and adults with physical and multiple disabilities. The Balloon Football League (BFL) is currently coordinated by Scope’s Community Inclusion service.

Running since 1995, BFL is a version of AFL that has been modified to meet the needs of people with multiple and complex disability. It is played on a basketball court. Players use wheelchairs, a large balloon and Auskick goals.
