February marked the return of our hugely popular DSR Summer Kids Camp which took place at YMCA’s Camp Manyung in Mt Eliza from 18 - 20 of February.
This year’s camp saw DSR take nine participants, with ages ranging from 8 to 17 along with four volunteer nurses and two DSR support staff.
A highlight of all DSR Kids Camps are the activities such as tree rolling (accessible ropes course), archery, pizza making and the giant swing! We also snuck in a trip down to the beach to cool down after a day full of fun.
Our programs team caught up with Tommy to get his thoughts on this year’s camp.
