Coloplast Webinar - Natter with a Nurse

DSR is incredibly proud of our partnership with Coloplast which is why we’re excited to bring to you an exclusive webinar to find out more about the great work they do.

Coloplast develops products and services to make life easier for people managing continence issues. We know that managing your continence is personal and can distract you from living your life to the fullest. In partnership with DSR, we are focused on increasing individual capacity and reducing barriers to sport and recreation.

We recognise that DSR are committed to creating change that sees improved choice, access, and participation for people with a disability who want to take part in sport and recreation. We share the same commitment in improving access and participation and creating an environment in which people aren’t restricted to achieving their goals due to continence issues.

Our partnership with DSR provides members with easier access to Coloplast products and care services. Our team are here to help you stay involved in the sport and activities you love, and to keep you performing at the top of your game.

In addition, we aim to position ourselves closer to DSR members to understand what makes you tick, and what further support can we provide to keep your bladder and bowel healthy and to keep you active. Listening and responding to people’s needs is what drives our work, and we use this feedback in the development and testing of new products and services.

We offer free in-person and virtual nursing support for continence care. Our accredited Coloplast Clinical Nurse Advisors are available to provide you with support with your bladder and bowel health. This support includes, but is not limited to, bladder and bowel reviews, product demonstrations and funding support.

Our Care advisors are on hand to provide you with Coloplast product support and free sampling, funding support and lifestyle advice. Our advisors talk to many people every day about challenges with their continence and can share a wealth of experience.

Next month we will be running a webinar with DSR for its members about the impact of bladder and bowel health on sporting performance. Join Coloplast Continence Nurse Advisor, Sara Vella, on Thursday 12th May at 6pm, as Sara will discuss a range of topics around the importance of bladder and bowel health, and how keeping these healthy can have a positive impact on sporting performance.
