It is important that Disability Sport & Recreation knows what it is doing well, it is also important to know when there are problems.
Your feedback is important because it may make something better for you and lead to better services and support for people with disability. It may also assist in identifying areas for improvement and enhance service and program delivery.

Disability Sport & Recreation is committed to working with you to address your complaint and will respond to written requests with 5 working days of receiving your complaint.
We will return telephone calls within 48 hours.
DSR is committed to resolving all complaints and seeking mutually satisfactory outcomes where possible.
Any member or Disability Sport & Recreation service or program user who wishes to compliment the organisation, one of its programs, staff or volunteers are encouraged to forward their compliment in writing.
